Job Summary Diverse Lynx is seeking a skilled SAP FICO Consultant to join our dynamic team. The role requires hands-on expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, along with strong client-facing, analytical, and functional consulting skills. The consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP FICO solutions to meet business requirements. Key Responsibilities SAP FICO Implementation & Configuration Analyze client business requirements and map them to SAP FICO functionalities. Configure SAP FI and CO modules according to project needs. Design, customize, and test SAP FICO solutions to meet functional and business requirements. Ensure solutions are efficient, scalable, and aligned with best practices. Support & Troubleshooting Provide ongoing support for SAP FICO systems, including issue resolution and incident management. Work with end-users to clarify requirements, resolve functional issues, and optimize processes. Support system upgrades, enhancements, and patching activities. Training & Documentation Prepare functional documentation including configuration guides, test scenarios, and user manuals. Deliver training to end-users on SAP FICO processes and functionalities. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with other SAP module consultants (such as MM, SD, PP) for integrated solutions. Work closely with client stakeholders and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Participate in testing cycles (Unit Testing, SIT, UAT) and provide go-live support. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (mandatory). 1–6 years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant. Strong understanding of SAP FI and CO business processes. Hands-on experience in configuration, testing, and support of SAP FICO modules. Ability to analyze business needs, design solutions, and communicate effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and client-facing experience. Preferred Skills Knowledge of integration with MM, SD, and other SAP modules. Experience in end-to-end SAP implementation or support projects. Strong documentation and presentation skills.
