*Job Description – Recovery Executive* *Company Name* : Henry Harvin *Qualification* : Graduate preferred *Work Type* : Full-time (On-site) *Location* : Sector 6, Noida *Salary* : 15 - 20K Per Month *About the Role* : Henry Harvin is looking for a responsible Recovery Executive to follow up with customers regarding pending payments, maintain accurate records, and ensure smooth recovery operations. *Key Responsibilities:* * Make outbound calls to customers for payment reminders * Track overdue accounts and update recovery status * Maintain proper documentation of recovery calls and reports * Coordinate with internal teams for escalations * Provide clear information regarding outstanding dues * Negotiate payment plans with customers when needed * Ensure timely collection and follow-up *Skills Required:* * Strong communication & negotiation skills * Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM) * Ability to handle difficult conversations calmly * Good record-keeping and follow-up abilities * Target-oriented mindset
