About the Role
The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, ensuring the hiring of qualified and suitable candidates for various positions across the organization. The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating, and onboarding candidates while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic or virtual interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
- Conduct background checks and employment verification.
- Manage offer negotiations and issue offer letters in coordination with HR.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
- Improve recruitment strategies to reduce hiring time and improve candidate quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter (in-house or consultancy preferred).
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
