Key Responsibilities Assist in configuring, supporting, and maintaining SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management modules. Participate in requirement gathering, documentation, and solution understanding sessions with the HR team. Support system testing, issue tracking, and resolution activities. Provide assistance in end-user training and presentation activities. Collaborate with senior consultants to ensure timely and quality delivery across assigned tasks. Stay updated with SuccessFactors functionalities, HR trends, and best practices. Required Skills & Competencies Strong verbal and written communication skills. Good presentation and interpersonal abilities. Eagerness to learn HR technology, HR processes, and cloud solutions. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capability. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
