*Job Description: E-learning Lead* *Company* : ImpactOnus *Job Type* : Full-Time *Location* : Remote *Probation Salary* : ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 *Post-Probation Salary* : ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 *Role Overview* ImpactOnus is hiring an E-learning Lead to oversee the planning, coordination, and quality assurance of digital learning projects. This role focuses on project management, team coordination, LMS oversight, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality, learner-centric e-learning solutions. *Key Responsibilities* * Lead and manage the complete lifecycle of e-learning projects from planning to final delivery * Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation * Monitor project progress, track milestones, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery * Coordinate with subject matter experts (SMEs), instructional designers, developers, designers, and media teams * Ensure learning objectives align with organisational goals and learner needs * Review scripts, storyboards, and final learning content for quality, accuracy, consistency, and learner experience * Ensure learning modules are engaging, interactive, and learner-focused * Ensure SCORM compliance and oversee LMS testing, integration, and deployment * Ensure compatibility of learning modules across desktop, mobile, and tablet devices * Maintain organised project documentation, version control, and file systems * Coordinate with external vendors, freelancers, and technology partners when required * Communicate project updates, risks, and progress with internal teams and stakeholders * Conduct review meetings and consolidate feedback for effective implementation * Oversee pilot testing, usability checks, and quality assurance before final release * Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and organisational guidelines * Monitor learner engagement, completion rates, and performance using LMS analytics * Prepare performance reports and recommend improvements for future e-learning modules *Required Skills* * Strong understanding of e-learning workflows and instructional design processes * Familiarity with LMS platforms and SCORM standards * Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills * Strong organisational and time-management abilities * High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset * Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace * Ability to work independently in a remote setup *Eligibility* * Bachelor’s degree in Education or related fields * 0–4 years of experience in e-learning, training coordination, or digital learning projects * Freshers with strong leadership and organisational skills may apply * Personal laptop/desktop with stable high-speed internet *Contract Details* * Initial 3-month contract * Extendable to an annual contract based on performance
