*Job Description: Instructional Designer** *Company* : ImpactOnus *Job Type* : Full-Time *Location* : Remote *Probation Salary* : ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 *Post-Probation Salary* : ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 *Role Overview* ImpactOnus is hiring an E-learning Lead to oversee the planning, coordination, and quality assurance of digital learning projects. This role focuses on project management, team coordination, LMS oversight, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality, learner-centric e-learning solutions. *Key Responsibilities* * Support the development of digital learning content by assisting with course outlines, lesson flows, and learning activities * Transform raw content, presentations, and reference documents into well-structured e-learning material * Help build learner assessments including knowledge checks, practice activities, and simple interactive components * Assist in assembling courses within authoring tools and preparing files for LMS deployment * Support LMS uploads, basic testing, and troubleshooting during review cycles * Review learning content for clarity, consistency, usability, and instructional flow * Maintain updated content versions, file naming standards, and shared repositories * Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal teams to meet project timelines and quality standards *Required Skills* * Foundational knowledge of instructional design concepts and online learning methodologies * Interest or exposure to e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Rise * Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi * Ability to organise information clearly and follow structured content guidelines * Basic proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and collaborative tools * Strong time-management skills with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines *Eligibility* * Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Mass Communication, Multimedia, or related disciplines * 0–4 years of experience in digital content creation, training support, or e-learning roles * Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and interest in digital learning are welcome * Access to a personal laptop or desktop with reliable high-speed internet *Contract Details* * Initial 3-month contract * Extendable to an annual contract based on performance
