*Job Title – HR Executive* *Company Name* : ACCESS Automation Pvt. Ltd. *Location* : Thalaghattapura, Bangalore *Work Mode* : Work From Office (WFO Only – No Hybrid/WFH) *CTC* : ₹3,00,000 per annum *Experience* : Freshers to 1 Year (Minimum 6 months experience in HR/Operations preferred) *Qualification* : Any Graduate (Preferably Management/HR) *Roles & Responsibilities* * Handle end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates. * Schedule and coordinate face-to-face interviews with hiring managers. * Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and HR-related documentation. * Release offer letters and follow up with candidates until joining. * Maintain and update employee records for new joiners and exit employees * Support HR operations and day-to-day operational activities. * Conduct employee orientation (induction) programs for new hires. * Assist in employee development, training programs, HR policies, and documentation. * Support employee relations, compensation, and benefits administration. * Maintain and manage a resume database across all recruitment platforms. * Conduct aptitude tests and preliminary assessments as required. * Conduct exit interviews for resigned employees and document feedback. * Ensure adherence to company policies and internal processes. *Skills & Requirements* * Minimum 6 months experience in HR/Operations preferred. * Good written and verbal communication skills. * Strong organizational and coordination abilities. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong self-starter.
