Job Summary Mantras2Success Consultants is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with strong S/4HANA implementation expertise. The ideal candidate will have deep functional knowledge of SAP Finance and Controlling modules and proven experience delivering end-to-end SAP implementations. Industry exposure to Oil & Gas will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities Lead and support SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, and deployment Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into functional specifications Configure and support core SAP FICO modules including: General Ledger (GL) Accounts Receivable (AR) Accounts Payable (AP) Asset Accounting (AA) Cost Center Accounting (CCA) Profit Center Accounting (PCA) Profitability Analysis (CO-PA) Perform integration testing with SAP MM, SD, and PP modules Resolve functional issues during UAT, Go-Live, and post-implementation support Prepare project documentation such as functional specifications, test scripts, and training materials Coordinate with technical teams (ABAP, BASIS) for enhancements and custom developments Required Experience & Qualifications Minimum 8+ years of SAP FICO consulting experience Mandatory: At least 2 end-to-end SAP implementations, preferably on S/4HANA Strong understanding of financial processes including: Financial Close Asset Accounting Cost & Profit Center Accounting Product Costing Profitability Analysis Good-to-have: Oil & Gas industry experience Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Education UG: Any Graduate PG: Any Postgraduate Key Skills SAP FICO SAP S/4HANA SAP Implementation & Project Delivery Integration Testing Financial Accounting (GL, AR, AP) Product Costing & CO-PA Test Scripts & Documentation ABAP Coordination
