*Job Title: HR Intern* *Company* : Sunergeo India Corporation *Location* : Ghaziabad *Working Hours* : 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM *Stipend* : ₹8,000 per month + Incentives *Requirement* : Candidate must have their own laptop *About the Role* Sunergeo India Corporation is seeking a proactive and motivated HR Intern to support recruitment, HR operations, client coordination, and training activities. This internship provides hands-on exposure to core HR functions in a professional corporate environment. *Key Responsibilities* * Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding. * Post, manage, and track job openings on portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms. * Maintain and regularly update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and MIS reports. * Support HR operations, including attendance tracking, leave management, employee records, and basic payroll assistance. * Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders regarding hiring requirements, updates, and follow-ups. * Assist in planning, organizing, and executing employee training programs. * Help identify training needs and support learning & development initiatives. *Requirements & Skills* * Basic understanding or prior exposure to recruitment or HR operations (preferred). * Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking abilities. * Familiarity with job portals, HRMS tools, and MS Office (Excel, Word). * Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines. * Own laptop is mandatory.
