This role offers hands-on exposure to real-world AI applications, full-stack development, and cloud technologies. The initial six months will be a Training Period, during which selected candidates will receive structured training in: * Data Science * Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning * Full Stack Development * DevOps & AWS Successful trainees will transition into a full-time role after completion of training. *Primary Responsibilities* * Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions following coding standards * Work on AI/ML models and full-stack applications * Participate in client meetings to understand requirements and provide technical insights * Prepare regular progress reports and technical documentation * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, QA, and project managers * Ensure timely delivery and smooth execution of projects *Eligibility Criteria* * Graduating batch 2026 * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (full-time, regular) in: * Computer Science * Information Technology * Data Science * Or related fields * Minimum 60% marks throughout academics * No active backlogs on the date of joining * Must have studied Mathematics in: * 10th * 12th * Graduation (at least two semesters) * Must have completed projects in: * Full Stack Web Application or * Mobile Application or * AI/ML Project *Required Skills* *Machine Learning* * Supervised & Unsupervised Learning * Model Selection & Evaluation * Core Mathematical Foundations * Common ML Algorithms *Programming Languages* * Python * JavaScript *Frontend* * ReactJS *Backend* * REST API development using Flask, Django, FastAPI, or Node.js *Databases* * SQL & NoSQL *AI/ML Libraries* * scikit-learn, pandas, numpy, TensorFlow *Version Control* * GitHub *Deployment Platforms* : * Vercel, Render, Railway *Good-to-Have Skills* * Advanced ML concepts: Feature Engineering, Bias-Variance Tradeoff, Overfitting & Generalization * Cloud Services: AWS (EC2, Lambda, Amplify) * Big Data Technologies: Apache Spark, Hadoop, AWS S3 * Data Engineering: ETL processes, data pipelines, vector databases *Compensation* * During Training: ₹12,000 per month (stipend) *Post Training* * CTC: ₹3 LPA * Fixed: ₹2.4 LPA * Variable: ₹0.6 LPA *Service Bond* * Duration: 18 months * Security : Undated signed cheque of ₹1.5 lakh (refundable after bond completion) *Bond Exemptions (If Applicable)* * Unsatisfactory performance during training * Long-term disability affecting work capability * Significant change in job role within the company * Admission to a Top 200 QS-ranked global university *Employment with* * Fortune 500 company * Unicorn startup * Permanent government employment (Central/State, direct payroll)
