Shri Vaishnav Vidyapeeth Vishwavidyalaya is seeking a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager / Executive to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing initiatives that strengthen the university’s online presence, generate quality leads, and improve conversions.
The role requires hands-on expertise across SEO, paid campaigns, content marketing, social media, and analytics, with a strong focus on ROI and brand growth.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Campaign Planning & Execution
Plan and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, and email.
Manage and optimize paid advertising on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn.
2. Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization
Drive high-quality leads through performance marketing strategies.
Improve conversion rates through optimized funnels, landing pages, and messaging.
3. Content & Social Media Management
Develop content strategies for websites, social media platforms, and email campaigns.
Manage official social media handles and ensure consistent brand messaging.
4. SEO & Website Optimization
Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO best practices.
Optimize website content and landing pages for better user experience and performance.
5. Analytics & Reporting
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics (GA4).
Monitor KPIs, ROI, and engagement metrics; prepare actionable insights for management.
6. Cross-functional Coordination
Collaborate with designers, content writers, agencies, and vendors to execute campaigns efficiently.
Coordinate internally to align marketing goals with admissions and branding objectives.
7. Market Trends & Innovation
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform algorithms, and emerging tools.
Recommend and implement innovative strategies to enhance digital reach.
📚 Preferred Candidate Profile
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
MBA preferred for Manager-level roles.
Experience
1–5 years of experience in digital marketing.
Freshers with relevant certifications may be considered for Executive roles.
Technical Skills
SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and performance marketing
Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads
Google Analytics (GA4) and reporting dashboards
CRM tools and marketing automation (basic familiarity)
Content tools such as Canva or Adobe (basic level)
Soft Skills
Strong analytical and reporting abilities
Creativity with a conversion-focused mindset
Excellent communication and coordination skills
