The intern will work with AI-generated drafts and source material to create content aligned with learning outcomes, syllabus requirements, and instructional best practices. *Key Responsibilities* * Convert AI-generated content and source material into clear, concise, and accurate learning notes * Rewrite complex topics into simplified, student-friendly explanations * Maintain conceptual accuracy across assigned subjects * Apply instructional design frameworks such as Bloom’s Taxonomy and scaffolding techniques * Develop learning outcomes, chapter flow, and hierarchical content structures * Prepare lesson plans, unit summaries, practice questions, and revision sheets * Structure content for high readability and conceptual flow * Collaborate with Visual Design Interns to convert content into textbook-ready pages * Deliver content in structured format compatible with design templates * Participate in review cycles to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency * Follow the EDEPT Academic Style Guide * Use AI tools for drafting, summarizing, restructuring, example generation, and formatting * Edit AI outputs to align with syllabus, correctness, and academic clarity *Required Skills* * Strong academic writing skills with clarity, precision, and logical flow * Ability to simplify topics from IT, Commerce, Business, or multidisciplinary subjects * Understanding of instructional design fundamentals (Bloom’s Taxonomy, learning objectives, scaffolding) * Familiarity with Canva and PowerPoint (basic) * Ability to follow structured templates and content guidelines * Strong command of English grammar and academic language * Attention to detail and ability to maintain content consistency * Ability to organize content logically and work across multiple subjects * Comfortable using AI tools for content creation and editing *Eligibility* * Any Bachelor’s degree (final-year students eligible) * B.Ed or Instructional Design certification preferred but not mandatory * Experience in tutoring, teaching, content writing, or academic writing is an advantage *Ideal Candidate Profile* * Strong teaching mindset and ability to explain concepts clearly * Ability to deliver high-volume content with consistent quality * Interest in curriculum design, textbooks, and academic material creation *Expected Outcomes* * Produce simplified and structured notes across multiple subjects * Create ready-to-design content suitable for textbook layout * Develop standardized lesson plans and academic summaries * Work efficiently within an AI-assisted content creation pipeline * Collaborate seamlessly with design and curriculum teams Regards, Placement Team
