Role Overview
SilverXis is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Generalist to independently manage end-to-end HR operations for its Mortgage BPO division.
The role involves overseeing recruitment, onboarding, policy implementation, compliance, employee engagement, performance management, and offboarding while ensuring adherence to U.S. mortgage industry standards, data security frameworks, and Indian labor laws.
This position plays a critical role in building a compliant, transparent, and performance-driven workplace culture.
๐ฏ Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordination with hiring managers.
Handle bulk and lateral hiring for Mortgage / Title BPO operations.
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of positions.
2. Onboarding & Induction
Coordinate employee onboarding, documentation, background verification, and system access.
Conduct induction and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
3. HR Policies, Procedures & Compliance
Implement and monitor HR policies, SOPs, and procedures across teams.
Ensure compliance with U.S. mortgage industry regulations and data protection standards including ISO 9001, ISO 27001, SOC 2, SAFE Act, and GLBA.
Ensure adherence to Indian labor laws and statutory requirements.
4. Employee Engagement & Development
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, communication programs, and recognition activities.
Support learning, development, and retention initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction.
5. Performance Management
Coordinate goal setting, performance reviews, appraisals, and probation confirmations.
Support managers in performance improvement plans and employee development discussions.
6. Offboarding & Exit Management
Manage employee exits, resignation processing, exit interviews, and full & final settlements.
Analyze exit feedback and provide insights to management.
7. HR Administration & Vendor Management
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Coordinate with payroll vendors, compliance partners, and other HR service providers.
8. MIS Reporting
Prepare and present HR MIS reports related to recruitment, attrition, attendance, payroll, and engagement metrics.
Support management with data-driven HR insights.
๐ Qualifications & Skills
Education
Graduate in HR or related discipline.
Experience
1โ3 years of experience in HR Generalist / HR Operations roles.
Mortgage or Title BPO industry experience preferred.
