Job Overview Tata AIG General Insurance Company is looking for a driven and analytical Data Analytics Manager to support data-driven decision-making across insurance functions. The role involves end-to-end ownership of analytics problem statements, development of predictive and statistical models, creation of insightful dashboards, and presentation of actionable insights to senior management. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with business understanding and excellent presentation skills. 🎯 Key Responsibilities Data Analytics & Modeling Perform advanced data analysis and statistical modeling to solve complex business problems. Develop and implement machine learning models for predictive analytics, pricing, risk assessment, and operational optimization. Conduct time series analysis, trend forecasting, and anomaly detection on large datasets. Machine Learning & Advanced Analytics Apply machine learning algorithms and techniques to real-world business use cases. Build end-to-end analytical solutions, from data extraction and cleaning to model deployment and insights generation. Continuously improve existing models and analytics processes for accuracy and efficiency. Data Extraction & Processing Extract, manipulate, and analyze data using SQL from multiple data sources. Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability for analytics and reporting. Visualization & Reporting Create clear and impactful visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib, Seaborn, and advanced Excel. Design and maintain dashboards to track key business metrics and performance indicators. Prepare advanced PowerPoint presentations for management reviews, business updates, and problem statement walkthroughs. Generative AI & Innovation Leverage Generative AI tools and techniques to enhance analytics workflows, reporting, and business insights. Explore innovative AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency and decision-making. Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions. Present insights, recommendations, and model outcomes to senior management in a clear and structured manner. 🎓 Qualifications Education: B.Tech / B.E., B.Com, or any Graduate (Postgraduate preferred but not mandatory) Experience: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Data Analytics, Data Science, or Machine Learning.
