*About the Role*
Healthpole is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who is curious, creative, and motivated to build a strong online presence from scratch without relying heavily on paid advertising. The role focuses on improving visibility through off-page SEO, content distribution, engagement strategies, and smart use of AI tools. You will collaborate with content, design, and motion teams to grow reach and credibility across digital platforms.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Execute off-page SEO activities such as link placements, collaborations, and directory submissions
* Research and shortlist blogs, platforms, and online communities for brand visibility
* Track brand mentions and maintain presence across relevant search platforms
* Support creation and publishing of blogs and external content for better rankings
* Coordinate with Graphic Design and Motion teams for content-related visuals
* Assist in planning and managing posting calendars and content schedules
* Format, proofread, and publish content while maintaining brand tone
* Analyze content performance and share actionable insights
* Use AI tools and automation workflows for research, content ideas, and reporting
* Manage tracking and coordination using Google Sheets and Notion
* Maintain structured records of links, digital activities, and content performance
* Stay updated with new digital tools, AI trends, and marketing systems

* Familiarity with Google Sheets, Notion, and analytics tools
* Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
* Comfortable working with multiple teams and timelines
