Role Overview
Google is seeking a Digital Marketing Strategist to design, execute, and optimize high-impact digital marketing strategies that drive brand growth, customer engagement, and measurable business outcomes. This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and creative execution across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities
Plan, create, and manage digital content across social media, websites, and online platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and overall business goals
Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics such as traffic, engagement, and conversion rates
Optimize campaigns using performance data and insights to maximize ROI
Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in digital marketing strategy and execution
Strong understanding of digital channels including social media, SEO, email marketing, and digital advertising
Hands-on experience with marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Creative Suite
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global teams
Preferred Skills
Experience in campaign planning, digital branding, and performance marketing
Client and stakeholder management skills
Strong creative thinking with a data-driven mindset
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Education
UG: Any Graduate
PG: Any Postgraduate (Preferred)
