*Job Title: TESOL / TEFL Trainer* *Company* : Englishyaari *Location* : Remote *Employment Type* : Part Time *Salary* : Up to 3 LPA to 5 LPA *Job Description* Englishyaari is seeking passionate and skilled TESOL/TEFL Trainers to conduct high-quality English-speaking sessions for learners across various proficiency levels. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a learner-centric mindset, and the ability to create an engaging and supportive learning environment. This role requires trainers to work a minimum of 3 hours per day, delivering 25-minute interactive sessions to help learners build confidence and fluency in spoken English. *Key Responsibilities* * Conduct one-on-one and group English-speaking sessions (25 minutes each) through video or voice platforms. * Assess learners’ communication skills and design personalized learning or improvement plans. * Teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and conversational skills using practical, real-life examples. * Provide constructive feedback after each session to track progress and enhance learner outcomes. * Create and develop engaging learning activities, speaking prompts, and practice materials. * Maintain accurate session logs and learner progress reports. * Motivate learners to overcome hesitation and build confidence in spoken English. * Collaborate with the academic team to refine teaching strategies, content, and learner support. * Ensure professional, punctual, and high-quality sessions that align with Englishyaari’s standards. *Required Qualifications & Skills* * Excellent command of spoken and written English. * Prior experience in teaching, coaching, mentoring, or training (preferred but not mandatory). * Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with diverse learners. * Comfort with virtual classroom platforms and online meeting tools. * Ability to adapt teaching methods to individual learner needs. * Patience, empathy, and a learner-centric approach
