Role Overview
The Human Resource Service Manager (HRSM) will serve as the regional HR representative, responsible for end-to-end HR operations including recruitment support, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, grievance handling, disciplinary processes, and exit management. The role requires strong field engagement, coordination with branch teams, and close collaboration with the central HR department.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment, Onboarding & Induction
Support timely hiring and smooth onboarding of field staff (TCMs, PCMs)
Ensure completion of joining formalities, documentation, and induction programs
Provide early-stage employee support including accommodation, safety, and HR guidance
Employee Lifecycle & HR Operations
Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries at branch and center levels
Ensure effective implementation of HR policies, circulars, and guidelines
Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and compliance documentation
Grievance Handling & Employee Relations
Receive, document, and resolve employee grievances confidentially and fairly
Foster a culture of trust, transparency, and open communication
Performance Management & Training
Support annual performance evaluation processes for CMs and BMs
Coordinate training programs related to compliance, staff welfare, and behavioral standards
Conduct branch-level HR awareness and capacity-building sessions
Disciplinary & Inquiry Support
Assist in disciplinary actions including warnings, suspensions, and terminations
Participate in internal inquiries and fact-finding exercises while maintaining confidentiality
Field Engagement & Staff Management
Conduct regular branch visits to assess HR practices and employee engagement
Coordinate internal staff transfers within the region as per policy
Exit Management & Reporting
Manage resignation processes, settlements, and exit interviews
Share insights and reports with HRD to support retention and policy improvement
Preferred Candidate Profile
Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA/PGDM in HR or Industrial Relations preferred)
1–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Employee Lifecycle Management
Strong knowledge of HR operations, grievance handling, and recruitment
Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
