Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive / HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations and administrative functions. The role involves handling employee lifecycle activities, HR compliance, employee engagement initiatives, and supporting organizational growth through effective HR practices. Key Responsibilities Manage employee attendance, leave records, and HR MIS reporting Handle end-to-end onboarding and exit processes Implement and ensure compliance with HR policies, SOPs, and labor laws Support performance appraisal cycles and employee development initiatives Drive employee engagement programs and foster a positive workplace culture Address employee grievances and HR-related queries effectively Coordinate office administration and manage vendor relationships Maintain accurate HR documentation and records Preferred Candidate Profile Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or a related field Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Operations and Administration Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and labor laws Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills Proficient in MS Office and HR management systems Key Skills HR Administration HR Operations HR Generalist Activities Employee Induction & Exit Interviews Performance Appraisal Process Employee Engagement & Retention Grievance Handling HR MIS
