This work-from-office internship offers hands-on exposure to core HR functions and is ideal for candidates seeking practical HR experience. *Key Responsibilities* * Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination * Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires * Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation * Assist in attendance tracking and payroll coordination * Support employee engagement initiatives and HR activities * Handle basic HR-related queries from employees and interns * Assist with HR policies, compliance, and documentation * Perform general HR administrative tasks as assigned *Skills Required* * Strong verbal and written communication skills (Malayalam mandatory) * Basic understanding of HR functions and processes * Good interpersonal and coordination skills * Organizational and time-management abilities * Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation * Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Ability to handle confidential information responsibly * Problem-solving and multitasking skills * Willingness to learn and adapt in a professional work environment *Benefits* * Monthly stipend of up to ₹10,000 * Hands-on, on-site HR experience * Mentorship from experienced HR professionals * Internship certificate upon successful completion of 6 months Warm Regards Placement Department
