Role and Responsibilities

• Roles & Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiation, and onboarding Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination Support statutory compliances including EPF, ESIC, and labor laws Maintain accurate employee database and HR records Issue HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and experience letters Coordinate induction and onboarding programs for new employees Assist in performance review and appraisal processes Support training & development initiatives Drive employee engagement activities across retail stores Act as an HR Generalist handling daily HR and store-level HR operations
