Description

Experience should be in Accounting standards IFRS US GAAP Audit and Compliance. 2. Working knowledge and experience of working on IPOs or SEC listed/ India listed clients. 3. Coordination with respective geographic teams for timely month-end books closure 4. Preparation & review of monthly consolidated financials for the entire group (Including foreign subsidiaries) 5. Adhering to Quality standards. 6. Should be capable of coordinating end-to-end Audit assignments. 7. Actively seeking to market the company and convert/develop new business through existing and new relationships. 8. Develop a strong execution team and optimize team cost. 9. Conducting timely performance reviews & providing ongoing performance feedback/training.
