Job Overview HBL Engineering Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to analyze field and operational data, build insightful reports and dashboards, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities Analyze field and operational data to generate actionable insights Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations for management decision-making Apply statistical techniques to interpret trends and performance metrics Perform data mining, cleaning, and manipulation for accurate analysis Automate analysis and reporting using Python Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders Identify root causes of data issues and recommend practical solutions Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech/B.E. preferred) in ECE, Electrical, Electronics, or related disciplines Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel or similar data analysis tools Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python, including Pandas and NumPy Understanding of data analytics concepts and statistical methods Experience or familiarity with Power BI or other visualization tools Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Candidate Profile Fresh graduates or professionals with up to 1 year of experience Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Adaptable to fast-paced work settings Proactive learner with a strong interest in data analytics and automation
