Key Accountability Financial statements & relevant disclosures as per US GAAP guidelines and instructions Annual review with CFO & Department head of US GAAP deliverables Ensure that timely and accurate US GAAP reporting to Audit Committee Financial statements & other deliverables as per IFRS framework and instructions from Prudential Half-yearly review by CFO & department head on the IFRS deliverables to Prudential Ensure timely and accurate monthly financial reporting to Prudential Ensure timely & accurate quarterly reporting to Actuarial team Quarterly review with CFO & Department Head on deliverables to Audit Committee Act as point of contact for technical queries on Accounting Standard IND AS Companies Act SEBI & IRDAI Regulation etc. Study and evaluation of Ind AS and assist in transition to Ind AS
