The role involves reviewing patient medical records, assigning accurate ICD-10-CM codes, and ensuring compliance with CMS HCC Risk Adjustment guidelines. *Key Responsibilities* * Review and analyze medical records to assign accurate ICD-10-CM codes relevant to HCC risk adjustment * Ensure compliance with CMS guidelines and payer-specific coding requirements * Validate clinical documentation for accuracy, specificity, and completeness * Collaborate with QA and Audit teams to maintain high coding quality standards * Meet daily productivity and accuracy benchmarks * Stay up to date with CMS/HCC coding updates and attend regular training sessions *Required Skills & Qualifications* * Certification from AAPC or AHIMA (CPC, CRC, CCS, or equivalent) * Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in HCC or Risk Adjustment coding * Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, HCC models, and medical terminology * High attention to detail with strong analytical skills * Experience working with EHR/EMR systems and coding tools *Preferred Qualifications* * Experience in Medicare Advantage or Commercial Risk Adjustment projects * Knowledge of RADV audits and HEDIS measures * Exposure to multiple EMR/EHR platforms and chart review tools Regards, Placement Team Henry Harvin Education
