Job Overview Evergreen Recyclekaro India is looking for a dynamic and hands-on Human Resource Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations. This role offers exposure to the Founders’ Office / CHRO’s Office, requiring strong ownership, adaptability, and a strategic mindset. The ideal candidate will be a fast learner, creative, and well-versed in labor laws and HR best practices. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end HR lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, and exit processes Act as Executive Assistant to the CHRO, supporting strategic HR initiatives and leadership requirements Handle payroll processing, attendance, leave management, and statutory compliance Drive performance appraisal cycles and goal-setting frameworks Manage employee engagement, welfare initiatives, and IR–ER activities Address employee grievances and ensure effective resolution Draft and manage HR policies, contracts, and documentation Maintain HR records using HRIS and MS 365 tools Support internal communication, presentations, and employer branding using Canva and AI tools Required Candidate Profile 1–4 years of experience as an HR Generalist / HR Operations professional Strong exposure to Recruitment, Payroll, Performance Management, and Employee Relations Working knowledge of labor laws, contracts, and statutory requirements Proficiency in MS 365, HRIS platforms, and digital HR tools Creative, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, leadership-facing environment Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi preferred) Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Key Skills HR Generalist Operations Payroll Management Recruitment & Onboarding Performance Appraisal Management Employee Engagement & Welfare IR–ER & Grievance Handling HR Administration & Compliance HRIS, MS 365, Canva, AI Tools Compensation & Benefits Health Insurance Provident Fund Life & Accidental Insurance Performance Bonus Gratuity Mobile Bill Reimbursements Maternity & Paternity Leaves
