This freelance role requires strong hands-on expertise in creating interactive, visually engaging learning modules while adhering to tight timelines and quality standards. *Key Responsibilities* * Design, develop, and enhance interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline 360 * Convert storyboards and scripts into engaging, learner-focused visual experiences * Create advanced interactivities, animations, and visual elements * Integrate voiceovers, videos, avatars, and AI-generated multimedia * Review and quality-check modules developed by junior team members * Provide creative inputs to enhance UX and learner engagement * Implement rapid revisions based on Project Lead feedback * Maintain consistent design, branding, and functional standards * Meet daily and weekly delivery targets in a high-speed environment *Required Skills* * Expert-level proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360 * Strong visual design and layout skills * Advanced interactive design and user experience (UX) skills * Multimedia integration skills (audio, video, animations, avatars) * Experience with AI voiceovers, AI avatars, and AI video generation tools * Strong storyboard interpretation and visual storytelling ability * Excellent attention to detail and quality assurance skills * Ability to manage tight deadlines and rapid revision cycles * Clear written and verbal communication skills * Strong collaboration skills for remote and virtual teams *Experience & Qualifications* * 6M–5 years of professional experience with Articulate Storyline 360 * Experience developing corporate training or instructional eLearning modules (preferred) * Proven ability to deliver high-quality outputs in fast-paced projects Regards, Placement Team Henry Harvin Education
