Job Summary
We are seeking an SAP MM Consultant (L1 Support) with hands-on experience in Purchase-to-Pay processes and SAP MM modules. The role involves handling L1 support tickets, coordinating with L0 teams, and ensuring smooth procurement and inventory operations.
Key Responsibilities
Handle and resolve L1 SAP MM support issues escalated from the L0 team
Manage and close helpdesk tickets within defined SLAs
Prepare User Manuals and SOPs for new SAP MM objects and processes
Provide support across the end-to-end Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle
Work on Master Data Management, Procurement, GRN, Invoice Verification, and Payment Processing
Support Inventory Management, Batch Management, Account Assignment, and GST-related processes
Execute SAP MM reports and analyze relevant SAP tables
Understand issue complexity and guide the L0 support team for faster resolution
Required Skills & Expertise
Strong knowledge of SAP MM module
Good understanding of Procurement, Inventory Management, and P2P cycle
Experience in Helpdesk support and ticketing systems
Familiarity with SAP MM tables and reporting
Basic understanding of GST processes in SAP
Good documentation and communication skills
Education
UG: Any Graduate
PG: Any Postgraduate
