The candidate should have good communication skills and a basic understanding of recruitment and HR operations. *Roles & Responsibilities:* * Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination * Source candidates via job portals, social media, and referrals * Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for interview scheduling * Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers * Assist in payroll coordination and employee documentation * Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks *Required Skills:* * Good verbal and written communication skills * Basic knowledge of recruitment lifecycle * Strong coordination and organizational skills * Willingness to learn HR processes * Basic knowledge of MS Office Regards, Placement Team Henry Harvin Education
