The role involves working on Lean, Kaizen, TPM, and process improvement projects to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality. *Key Responsibilities* * Support Lean Six Sigma / Process Excellence / Manufacturing Excellence (ManEx) initiatives * Assist in identification and implementation of process improvement opportunities * Support Kaizen projects and continuous improvement activities * Track, analyze, and report OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) metrics * Support TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) initiatives and process standardization * Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and root cause analysis * Prepare reports, dashboards, SOPs, and presentations for management review * Collect and analyze operational data to identify trends and improvement areas * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence * Ensure documentation and adherence to Lean and quality standards *Required Skills & Knowledge* * Basic understanding of Lean Six Sigma concepts * Knowledge of Kaizen, OEE, TPM, and Continuous Improvement * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Good communication and coordination skills * Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data analysis * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment *Educational Qualification* * Graduate / Diploma / BE / B.Tech (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing or related fields preferred) * Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt / Green Belt (preferred, not mandatory) * Prior exposure to Process Excellence / Manufacturing Operations * Internship or project experience in Lean / CI / Quality is a plus Regards, Placement Team Henry Harvin Education
