Job Summary Aspire Techsoft is looking for a passionate SAP MM Trainer to train students and early-career professionals on the fundamentals of SAP Materials Management (MM). The ideal candidate will deliver engaging classroom or online training sessions, provide hands-on practical exposure, and mentor learners through real-time SAP MM scenarios. Key Responsibilities Deliver instructor-led SAP MM training sessions (classroom/online) Teach core SAP MM concepts including: Procurement and Purchasing Processes Inventory Management Basics Vendor Management Explain SAP MM business processes using real-time examples Prepare and share training materials, notes, and practice exercises Conduct hands-on practical sessions and resolve student queries Track learner progress and provide constructive feedback Support students in developing job-ready SAP MM skills Stay updated with the latest SAP MM features and best practices Required Skills & Qualifications Basic working knowledge of SAP MM module Understanding of procurement and inventory processes Strong communication and presentation skills Interest in training, teaching, and mentoring Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, clear manner Eligibility Criteria Education: Graduate / Postgraduate (Any Discipline) Experience: 0–2 years Freshers with SAP MM training or certification are encouraged to apply Preferred Skills SAP MM certification (added advantage) Prior experience in training, mentoring, or knowledge-sharing Basic knowledge of SAP business processes Who Should Apply Freshers trained in SAP MM looking to start a career in training Early professionals passionate about teaching and mentoring Candidates interested in building a long-term career in SAP training & consulting
