Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Quality Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of our course modules and applications through rigorous testing and content verification. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, excellent command of English grammar, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members to deliver high-quality products on time. Key Responsibilities:  Conduct quality assurance and functional testing for all course modules and applications.  Oversee the layout, appearance, and consistency of content in courses under development.  Design and implement test strategy plans based on project requirements.  Prepare comprehensive test reports documenting findings and quality metrics.  Review technical and functional requirements to ensure complete test coverage.  Check and correct grammatical elements such as punctuation, prepositions, sentence formation, syntax, and structure.  Ensure that text is well-written, logically structured, and free from spelling and grammatical errors.  Coordinate with team members and the project management team to log, report, and track bugs.  Retest modules and applications after fixes are applied to verify successful resolution. Ensure that projects are delivered on schedule in line with release plans.  Create and maintain quality system documents and accurate records for audit and tracking purposes.  Perform additional quality-related duties as assigned by the management. Education:  Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Required Skills & Competencies:  Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).  High attention to detail and a meticulous approach to quality review.  Strong understanding of QA processes, test strategies, and documentation.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under deadlines.  Demonstrated reliability, integrity, and discretion in handling sensitive content.  Strong time management skills with the ability to adhere to project timelines.  Ability to understand and follow established processes and procedures.
