We are currently hiring SAP HCM Consultants (from freshers to experienced professionals) who are passionate about Human Capital Management (HCM) and eager to grow their careers in the SAP ecosystem. Role Overview As an SAP HCM Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and optimizing SAP Human Capital Management modules. The role is ideal for candidates looking to specialize in HR technology, combining both technical and functional knowledge to deliver real-world business solutions. Freshers will receive structured training and hands-on exposure to live projects, while experienced candidates will contribute to ongoing SAP implementations and support initiatives. Key Responsibilities Assist in configuration, implementation, and support of SAP HCM modules, including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Payroll. Work with clients and internal teams to understand HR processes and align them with SAP best practices. Participate in requirement gathering, testing, and documentation phases of SAP projects. Support integration between SAP HCM and other SAP/third-party modules. Provide end-user training, resolve support tickets, and ensure smooth system functionality. Stay updated with latest SAP HCM and SuccessFactors trends and technologies. Preferred Candidate Profile Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (MBA/PG in HR preferred). 0–5 years of experience in SAP HCM, HR Operations, or related domains. Strong interest in SAP and HR process automation. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced project environment.
