Position Overview As an SAP HCM Trainee, you will receive hands-on exposure to SAP Human Capital Management processes and tools under the guidance of experienced consultants. Key Responsibilities Assist in the implementation, configuration, and support of the SAP HCM module. Work on core functional areas such as Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Payroll. Participate in requirement gathering, documentation, and testing of SAP HCM solutions. Support data maintenance, validation, and migration activities within SAP. Collaborate with senior consultants to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction. Learn and apply best practices in SAP system configuration, HR process automation, and data reporting. Contribute to training, knowledge sharing, and internal documentation efforts. Required Skills & Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, or any related field. Technical Requirement: Must have completed a course or certification in SAP HCM from a recognized institute or training provider. Skills: Basic understanding of SAP HCM modules – Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Payroll. Good analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
